The String Peddlers are Rocking It Out at the City Taproom in Pittsboro...

We just love it when we get a chance to play outside to a bar crowd. We invite our guest drummer Frank Defillippi and harmonica player extraordinaire Lisa Lofchie and just spend a little extra time kicking the cobwebs off of the solos.

It looks like it could be a Papa Was a Rollin' Stone jam ... Or who knows ... Maybe T for Texas. If we were having any more fun, well ... It just wouldn't be fittin' ...

How exciting! Imagine our surprise when we opened the May edition of the PineCone newsletter and the String Peddlers were profiled as the Irregardless Cafe musicians of the month.

The String Peddlers play the Broad Street Cafe ...

Fingers were flying, reeds were bending and toes were tapping as the String Peddlers played the Broad Street Cafe in Durham, NC.

Here's a sample of them playing the Nat King Cole classic Route 66.

The String Peddlers at Loco Lu's - A good time was had by all ...

The next time you feel like a good cup of coffe and some fun, stop by Loco Lu's coffee shop. Located off of Glenwood Ave, 1 mile west of Crabtree Mall, Lu always provides his patrons with a steamin' good time. There is an open mic night on Mondays and open jams on Wednesdays.
